Nathan Juarez is a versatile percussionist, vocalist, composer, and educator originally from West Texas. His performance work spans solo, chamber, orchestral, and compositional settings with a creative focus centered on exploring the intersection of percussion and voice. He has performed throughout the United States and internationally, including a 2026 European tour with the World Percussion Group as Co-Principal and Composer-in-Residence, traveling across twelve countries, and presenting five clinics and a masterclass. His current work includes Cycles and Spheres, a commissioning, performance, and recording project centered on new music for voice and percussion. Juarez is currently pursuing a DMA in Percussion Performance and an MA in Music Theory at the University of Oregon, where he also serves as a Graduate Employee.
